فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ

کسی گردن کو غلامی سے چھڑانا

It is the freeing of a slave

آیت 13{ فَکُّ رَقَـبَۃٍ۔ } ”کسی گردن کا چھڑا دینا۔“ یعنی مال خرچ کر کے کسی غلام کو آزاد کرا دینا ‘ یا کسی مقروض کا قرض ادا کردینا۔
