As-Sami’ hears every sound simultaneously — every voice, every whisper, every unspoken prayer of the heart. His hearing is not passive — it is active, responsive listening. The woman who argued about her husband: ‘Allah heard the conversation’ (58:1). This ayah opened with the guarantee: He heard her.
