Story — English
The giant warrior of the enemy forces against Bani Israel. The small believing army (those who passed the river test) faced him. Dawud, a young man, picked up five stones from a river. He killed Jalut with one. Allah gave Dawud kingship and wisdom. The story establishes: small in number but firm in faith overcomes large in number but absent in faith. ‘How many a small company has overcome a large company by permission of Allah’ (2:249).

دشمن فوج کا دیوقامت سردار۔ نوجوان داؤد نے پتھر سے قتل کیا۔ داؤد کو ملک اور حکمت ملی۔ ‘کتنی ہی چھوٹی جماعت بڑی جماعت پر غالب آئی اللہ کی اجازت سے’ (2:249)۔
