مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

بھلائی سے روکتا ہے، ظلم و زیادتی میں حد سے گزر جانے والا ہے، سخت بد اعمال ہے، جفا کار ہے
