Arabic
فَلَمَّا رَءَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ بَازِغَةٗ قَالَ هَٰذَا رَبِّي هَٰذَآ أَكۡبَرُۖ فَلَمَّآ أَفَلَتۡ قَالَ يَٰقَوۡمِ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِكُونَ
Urdu (Syed Abul A’la Maududi)
پھر جب سورج کو روشن دیکھا تو کہا یہ ہے میرا رب، یہ سب سے بڑا ہے مگر جب وہ بھی ڈوبا تو ابراہیمؑ پکار اٹھا “اے برادران قوم! میں اُن سب سے بیزار ہوں جنہیں تم خدا کا شریک ٹھیراتے ہو
English (Sahih International)
And when he saw the sun rising, he said, “This is my lord; this is greater.” But when it set, he said, “O my people, indeed I am free from what you associate with Allah
