وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ

وہ اپنے بندوں پر کامل اختیارات رکھتا ہے اور دانا اور باخبر ہے

And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all]

آیت 18 وَہُوَ الْقَاہِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِہ ٖط وَہُوَ الْحَکِیْمُ الْخَبِیْرُ ۔وہ زور آور ہے ‘ اس کا اقتدار پوری کائنات پر محیط ہے ‘ اس کی مخلوقات میں سے کوئی بھی اس کے قابو سے باہر نہیں ہے۔
