آیت 2{ مَلِکِ النَّاسِ۔ } ”تمام انسانوں کے بادشاہ کی۔“ وہ تمام انسانوں کا صرف پروردگار ہی نہیں ‘ ان کا بادشاہ اور فرماں روا بھی ہے۔ اس کا حکم ہر وقت ‘ ہر جگہ اور ہرچیز پر نافذ ہے۔
