وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَنظُرُ إِلَيۡكَۚ أَفَأَنتَ تَهۡدِي ٱلۡعُمۡيَ وَلَوۡ كَانُواْ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ
Urdu (Syed Abul A’la Maududi)
اِن میں بہت سے لوگ ہیں جو تجھے دیکھتے ہیں، مگر کیا تو اندھوں کو راہ بتائے گا خواہ انہیں کچھ نہ سُوجھتا ہو؟
English (Sahih International)
And among them are those who look at you. But can you guide the blind although they will not [attempt to] see

اَفَاَنْتَ تَہْدِی الْعُمْیَ وَلَوْ کَانُوْا لاَ یُبْصِرُوْنَ چنانچہ جب ان لوگوں کی نیت ہی ہدایت حاصل کرنے کی نہیں ہے ‘ جب ان کے دل ہی اندھے ہوچکے ہیں تو آپ ﷺ کی مجلس میں آنا اور آپ کی صحبت میں بیٹھنا ‘ ان کے لیے ہرگز مفید نہیں ہوسکتا۔
