Meaning — English
Al-Ghani is completely self-sufficient — He needs nothing from anyone. Your worship does not benefit Him; your sin does not harm Him. ‘O mankind, you are the ones in need of Allah, while Allah is Al-Ghani, Al-Hamid’ (35:15). Worship benefits the worshipper, not Allah.
معنی — اردو
الغنی کو کسی کی ضرورت نہیں — آپ کی عبادت اسے فائدہ نہیں، آپ کا گناہ نقصان نہیں۔ ‘اے لوگو! تم اللہ کے محتاج ہو’ (35:15)۔

Worship Al-Ghani because it transforms you, not because He needs it. Worship out of need (which you have) rather than obligation (which is distorted) — it becomes the most rational act.
